Looking for tires is a great experience, said no one ever. I’ll have to say this was my hands down best experience. From the first phone contact with Harrison I knew NTB was where I was purchasing my next set of tires. Everything that he mentioned and quoted was exactly as he said, no surprises. Just sad that I didn’t get a chance to meet him. Went in this morning and was greeted by Donna who checked my order and said to me “oh everything has been put in and you can just pay after”. Easy and fluid is how I like things. She is a follow Subi Outback owner. Vibes. Thank you guys so much and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Came in the other day to get my brakes looked at. Diamond in the front was an knowledgeable and friendly. She was also the only person working up front juggling in person customers, phone calls, half of which seem to come from upper management, And day-to-day operations. Patrick in the back managed to give me A good inspection on my brakes as well as a reliable information on what I needed to do to get them done. I applied for a credit card with NTB, which was denied for otherwise I would have had the service done right then and there.

On Saturday of a 5th wheel RV visit to Charleston I saw I had a flat tire. After finding most tire centers closed over weekend, or totally booked, I finally contacted NTB. They set up a Sunday appointment for me on the way home (300 miles). While putting on my spare I see another tire in bad shape so assumed NTB could handle it too. When I arrived I find they are not authorized to touch an RV and the loose tire maybe several hours each due to shops volume. The manager heard my situation and told me to get my loose tire. By the time I brought it in he had called in another tech to help the days volume, told me he (personally) would get both my tires done ASAP if I did the RV work where I had it parked. Two hours later I had two new tires on the RV and my spare safely stored. Great service at a fair price. And many other guests were likely sped up too. Tx

I managed to get a nail and called up the NTB location in Mt Pleasant, SC to see if they can get me in for repair. Not only did Dale get me in quickly, but Patrick fixed my tire and everyone was fantastic! Highly recommend this pocatuon. They do great work and the prices are reasonable!!
